It was Grimly’s birthday this week and this girl was most definitely not organised. Obviously a dutiful and well prepared submissive would lovingly make him a cake from scratch but this girl got one for a quid out of the co-op. Grimly was most definately not impressed since there was no card and no present either!
Therefore he decided to entertain himself on his birthday in his own way by taking revenge on his poor neglectful girl at the same time! He first dressed her up in her leather corset, neck corset, arm mittens and ballet boots and modified her into being his coffee table by adapting a fucking stockade he had built previously.
Once she was locked into the table and encorporated into it there was absolutely no way she could escape. Since her ankles, waist and neck were all securely fixed with metal restraints which were screwed shut. Her fingers and hands rendered useless anyway with their mittens were clipped to the front of the stand. He adapted the waist belt with some acrylic rod to ensure the table was kept at a few inches above her body and attached her head harness with a screw to the front of the table also ensuring that everything was well balanced.
Of course he had no intention of making keeping the table balanced an easy job and lined up the fuck machine and set it pumping away at her cunt, whilst an electrode in her bum connected to a tilt switch on the table ensured that if she moved at all she would be zapped anally on the very highest setting of the pez box.
This girl tried to keep still as Grimly cut the cake whilst the fucking machine was working away at her body, unable to move herself away from its relentless enslaught.
It was very difficult to try and stay still and to avoid the shocks from the plug, but this girl was just as worried as spilling the coffee as well and tried her best maintain an incredibly difficult balancing act.
Grimly of course had no intention of showing any mercy and relaxed on the sofa eating his cake and drinking his coffee.
So perhaps next year this girl will remember and buy him a proper cake complete with candles…no wait….bad idea…it would need a fire certificate!

I’m absolutely certain he enjoyed punishing you far more than he ever would have enjoyed a proper birthday cake, and form the tone of your description, it sounds like you enjoyed the event as well. If only I could gret my wife to goof up on my birthday. Sigh.
